Episode 20: The GEOFF
28 December, 2012

geoff1

It’s a very special episode of Me Three, in which we all learn a lesson about the dangers of hitchhiking or bullying or what happens when you let the owner of a bicycle shop give your friend Dudley a bath.

Our very belated one-year-anniversary and 20th episode features our guest, Geoff Wolinetz, co-founder of Yankee Pot Roast (the comedy blog, not the entree), and co-author of Underrated: The Yankee Pot Roast Book of Awesome Underappreciated Stuff. In just under 45 minutes, Lisa invents Psychic Fan Fiction, Geoff fulfills his wish to be a Pyramid contestant (sort of) and Darci reminisces about an amazing, Swayze-inspired off-off-Broadway production.

End the year on a high note or make it your resolution to listen up fast!

Episode 19: Simon Smithson
26 November, 2012

Our first “internacional” interview in which we cross three time zones and speak to a guest FROM THE FUTURE!

In this episode, Lisa and Darci speak to the dashing comedy writer, Simon Smithson, of Melbourne, Australia. Simon tells us of his brief career in reality-TV-romance and explains the term “sepp” to our horror (yikes!). Lisa tells Kirk Cameron where he can go. Darci reminds us of the difference between hunks and dunks. It’s all three of us at our most charming and delightful. Don’t believe us? Give it a listen and decide for yourself.

Episode 15: Dennis DiClaudio

We called our pal Dennis DiClaudio on Sept 11, to talk to him about blogging for Comedy Central Indecision and writing books like The Hypochondriac’s Pocket Guide…, The Deviant’s Pocket Guide…, The Paranoid’s Pocket Guide… and Man vs Weather. But mostly we talked about our favorite movies and weird religious stuff.

Plus, we found out about Lisa’s love of glossaries and hobbits and how Darci’s new dog got the name Pony! Poni! Pone!

Episode 13: Eric Ledgin

This week, Lisa and Darci get lucky–it’s lucky episode #13!

Our guest, director and Emmy-nominated Emmy Award-winning writer Eric Ledgin, speaks to us about his time at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (including the night he danced with Jon Hamm). We also discuss how to finish projects, whether or not it’s cool to be late, morning wood, and how Aaron Sorkin ruined Rudy (“Ruined-y”).

Don’t let us give away all the surprises. Shove it into your earmouths and find out all our secrets!

Episode 10: Bex Schwartz
2 August, 2012

And we’re back. First with this, one of two “lost episodes” that we’re finally getting around to posting. And soon with some more recent interviews that we can’t wait to share with you!

In Episode 10, Lisa and Darci enjoy a lovely conversation with VH1′s Bex Schwartz about casseroles and acting classes and cat jizz and “Peter and the Wolf.” If that’s not enough to convince you it’s worth a listen, then maybe you’d like to know the secrets of Paula Abdul’s kitchen, and whether or not MC Skat Cat lives there? Download, plug in and find out for yourself!

Episode 8: Matt Tobey
25 January, 2012

In episode 8, we interview Matt Tobey: a very funny writer, a human person and the editor of the Comedy Central Insider blog.

Matt tells us about blogging, before there were blogs. Lisa plays Words with Friends. Darci reminds Matt of the time she “got” him with the World’s Most Delicious Prank.

We also cover giraffes, Bon Scott, and more Harry Potter talk than anyone ever expected.

“Our best interview of 2012* (so far)…”
